Your Journey From Application to Publication
Apply
You submit the collaboration form with your platform details, niche, preferred destinations, and travel window. No lengthy proposal needed at this stage. We review within 48 hours.
Review & Match
Our team evaluates your profile against current availability across our destination programmes. We look at engagement quality, content niche, and audience geography — not just follower count. You will hear from us within 48 business hours whether you are a fit for an upcoming hosted trip.
Itinerary Confirmed
Once accepted, you receive your confirmed itinerary — covering which tours, transfers, hotel stays, and experiences are fully hosted. This will also include your content brief: what we would like you to create, which platforms, and the posting window. You are always free to create additional content of your own choosing.
Travel & Create
You travel as our guest. Our local team handles every logistical detail. You focus entirely on the experience and the content. Our guides know which spots photograph well, when the light is best, and which angles other creators have used successfully.
Publish & Share
You publish your agreed content within the confirmed posting window (typically within 14 days of your trip). You tag @expleradmc and the relevant destination accounts. We then repromote your content across our channels and may feature it in our creator showcase with your permission.
What Is Covered — and What Is Not

Fully Covered by Explera DMC
- In-destination tours and guided experiences
- Private transfers within the destination (airport to hotel, hotel to activities)
- Select meals as noted in the confirmed itinerary
- Activity fees and entrance charges
- Explera DMC local guide and support throughout
Not Covered
- International flights (Explera does not cover flights for standard programme collaborations; some flagship campaign partnerships may include flights at Explera's discretion)
- Travel insurance (creators are responsible for their own coverage)
- Accommodation in some programme tiers (specific hotel stays are confirmed per-itinerary — ask your programme manager for details on your specific trip)
