Yes — Explera DMC hosts the in-destination portion of your trip. This includes guided tours and experiences, private airport transfers, select meals as noted in your itinerary, activity fees and entrance charges, and a local guide throughout your stay. International flights are not covered under standard programme collaborations, though some flagship campaign partnerships may include flights. Travel insurance is the creator's responsibility. Specific hotel accommodation depends on your creator tier — ask your programme manager for details on your specific trip.

We carefully review each application based on audience size, content quality, engagement rates, and alignment with our brand values. While we strive to partner with as many creators as possible, we prioritize quality collaborations that benefit both parties. You will hear back from us within 48 business hours with a clear yes or no.

This depends on your creator tier and the specific collaboration scope. Macro-tier creators may have production assistant support included. For other tiers, additional guests can often be accommodated at your own expense for activities and accommodation. Please mention any additional team members in your application and we will address this during the itinerary confirmation stage.

Deliverables vary by creator tier. Micro creators typically produce 3 Reels and 8 Stories minimum. Mid-tier creators deliver 5 Reels, 15 Stories, and 1 collaborative post. Macro creators deliver 8 Reels, 25 Stories, and 2 collaborative posts. YouTube and blog requirements scale similarly. You will receive a clear content brief with your confirmed itinerary, and you are always free to create additional content beyond the agreed deliverables.

Our team reviews applications within 48 business hours. Once accepted, you will receive your confirmed itinerary within 3-5 business days. We recommend applying at least 6-8 weeks before your desired travel window, as peak season slots fill early.

We currently offer partnership opportunities across four incredible destinations: Thailand (Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui), Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hokkaido), South Korea (Seoul, Jeju, Busan), and Indonesia (Bali, Lombok, Komodo). Each destination has unique experiences, tours, and services available for collaboration.

We work with creators across three tiers. Micro Creators (10K-50K followers) need 3%+ engagement and consistent visual quality. Mid-Tier Creators (50K-250K) need 2.5%+ engagement and professional-grade content across 2+ platforms. You retain full ownership of your content. Explera DMC receives a non-exclusive license to repromote your content across our channels and website with proper attribution. We may feature your work in our creator showcase with your permission. Specific usage rights, exclusivity terms, and posting deadlines are confirmed in your content brief before travel. Absolutely! We encourage multi-destination collaborations. Our network across four countries allows for comprehensive Asia travel coverage. Simply indicate your preferred destinations and travel window in the application form. Our multi-destination coordination is what sets us apart — one point of contact manages your entire journey.

While previous collaboration experience is valued, it is not mandatory. We evaluate applications holistically, considering your content quality, audience engagement, and passion for travel. New creators with strong potential and a clear creative vision are welcome to apply. The quality of your existing content matters more than your collaboration history.
